Lies, rips off, pads their own pocket while passing you the buck!
Modestly over 60% of the roofs they inspect/door knock get denied! What’s this mean for you the consumer? It's simple really, when actual current events take place (Hailstorm/Damage happens to your roof and need it! your insurance company will deny the claim based off the previous and frivolous denial or partial in the fiscal year. (Code of Conduct/Terms and Conditions) of insurance companies are not up for debate because it's clear and plain English. Safe House Exteriors will never explain this to you the consumer, it will also not explain that they're over 40% more than any other roofing company in the area this is why they will not give you estimates! The safest bet you could make is to wait for current/actual events Hailstorm/damage and contact a reputable company.

I used these guys the beginning of this year and they were beyond amazing! My insurance was originally only going to cover my roof, but they ended up getting the insurance to pay for my roof, my siding, my windows, my deck, and my fence. They were so nice to me through out the entire process and got everything done fast. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends and will definitely use them again in the future!!!

This complaint is funny because this is the same complaint that was put up last year from an X employee. Some times you just can't make everyone happy thats works for you. The numbers explained here obviously doesn't even makes sense be cause no one but me knows the exact numbers and we are no where near what this x employee is trying to say. If you did read this whole thing you can tell it is not a customer. Since customers are what count the most here at Safe House Exteriors. I do appologize if this was a waste of your time.
