Abstract Industries, LLC Jack Colaiacovo Scammed me out of a pay check. I did online work, met my deadline and then heard from the owners MOTHER, that he had a Stroke, All of sudden things changed on the website, phone numbers etc. East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

In early July, I found an online job on craigslist to do work from home.  I applied to Abstract Industries, sent them my application with a copy of my drivers license and social security card.  I was told this was for a background check and once that cleared I would have a telephone interview.  I had the telephone interview and all went well.  I was given a dedicated phone number that I could have forwarded to my cell phone, which I did and now when I call it, it goes straight to my personal cell phone voice mail, I used to be able to check if there were voicemails left in there change my settings etc.  I was given a secure email address with Abstract Industries that I still have access to but never have any replies to my current emails.  I was sent 255 email addresses to create in Google with a 2 week deadline.  A couple of days before I met the dead line, "Mr. Jack Cola" suddenly had a stroke.  His mother Joann Colaiacova, (whom I was told by Mr. Jack Cola was in no way related to him) is HR and the Controller of Abstract Industries, LLC called me and told me that the Board had to review my work before paying me and I've never heard back since, that was over 3 weeks ago.  In our last communcation, she told me her only concern is her son's health.  My concern is getting paid for work performed on time.  She also contacted my manager that Mr. Cola assigned to me at Abstract Industries, and told her to remotely access my computer and purge all Abstract work.  Good thing I blocked all remote access to my computer  as soon as I found out  Mr. Cola had his "stroke" and still have all my evidence.  I've been in touch with my manager and she told me this as she has not gotten paid either.  Ms. Colaiacova also told me that she has nothing to do with this company, yet her son, Mr. Jack Cola, gave me her name and Abstract Industries email address for payment.  When she replied it was from a Yahoo email account.  I emailed her at both email accounts to ask when the Board meets and if this issue was on their agenda and still no answer.  I called all phone numbers I have for this company and all I get is voice mail and no return phone calls to any of my messages.  When I go to their website, every page was coming soon, came and went.  The telephone number has changed from the number that was originally on there.  I'm glad to have a copy of the original application with the "old" telephone number on it.  I thought I researched them and questioned Mr. Cola intensively enough to think that this was not a scam.  But I was wrong.  I have since had some help in researching further into this company to find that the physical address listed on their website is a mailbox at the UPS Store.  That the LLC is not valid because you must have a physical address and they do not.  I am still researching many of the other lies I was told by Mr. Cola and Ms. Colaiacovo because they contradict each other.   Everyday I find more and more proof that this is a scam.  I wish I had found that out before.
