I am installing one of these motors in a customers car that they bought from this guy. In all my years of seeing crazzzy stuff, this is the tops. same problems every body has with this motor guy. pulley's do not line up, they are bent. power steering pump has no adjustment. So I do everything on the break in sheet says. reprime the oil pump. Tell me how an oil pump losses it's prime. I can go on and on! So break in goes alright. as soon as I drive around the block, oil poors out the front of the motor. I bring back to the shop look at a few things, and I drive it more, open the hood to find oil everywhere, blowing out the front seal. after I fix this thing, I bet it don't see 5,000 miles. The Best Junk I have ever seen.                   

Cecil Roby doesn't just rip off consumers.  He has a history of ripping off business that he hires to do work for him.  After the work is complete, he make fradulant claims, and doesn't honor his commitments.  I for one will be seeing this low-life conartist in court.  Cecil (JR) Roby makes all sorts of claims about the quality of his products, but his employees don't apper to have the reqrequist skills to assemble high performance engines.  He also is a person of without character and has quite the background.

For those of you that have been ripped off by Roby, I will be more than happy to assist in any legal action you take against this individual.  He is a crook.  Check out his BBB report; a D- company with a warning not to do business with Xtreme Performance.

 Follow up to earlier report! The person who filed this report was another person that enginesunlimited509 ripped of! Iam the person that roby is saying that I had a bent pulley, there was never an issue with a bent pulley! When I recieved the motor from this idiot it was to have alt, power steering and waterpump installed which it was , but every bracket and every pulley was out of alignment and brackets were bent! And just like the other guy who complained, I called James Roby and sent him pictures of pulleys and brackets and he told me the same thing as he told the other guy "go f*** yourself" and if you go to hot fodder forum and read what he told the guy on there when his harmonic balancer blew off in his drive way! Except be was threating to knock this guy's teeth out, talking about his kids. Obviously this guy is pretty good at running his mouth when it's on the phone! But when confronted face to face this juicer would get his a** kicked. He says I am an old man with to much time! I am 55 and retired from making an honest living in the automotive industry, and scaming people out of there hard earned money! But enough about that Juicer! Here is what else I am finding out about this motor as it comes apart! The roller rockers are pro comp JUNK! He said to me is there any other comp co other than pro comp? Any engine builder would know the difference between pro comp, and comp roller rockers. When I called him on it he played dumb! Also had vortex heads and vortex intake that was absolutely covered in Orange permeated and bolt holes wollered out so bad that the bolts were crooked. The rocker studs he used rtv instead of a quailty thread sealant that all engine builders use( see photos) a video will be coming soon.

 Hey moron Iam the guy with the bad alignment on all pulleys because of junk water pump and inferior parts that you use! And as far as you building quailty engines with quailty parts? Well go BBB of spokane and type in one of the many COMPANY names that he has used since 2013 ( incidentally that how long he has been in business) Roboracing509,Cr enterprise,xtreme performance, and now because of complaints from ebay! He has changed his name to Enginesunlimited509! This guy plain and simple! Is a liar!!! He builds these junk motors with absolute junk parts, not just the bad parts, but the way there are put together, the motor I got had some permatex used on it that it was in water pump ports to block! It was the most permatex that I have ever seen used on a motor. I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years and I have dealt with a*s holes like James Ro by and he needs to be called out on being a liar and a con. I would advise anybody thinking of using this guy's engines to go to BBB of spokane washington and read where he says that his engines are low budget engines, but only after he was called out for using low quailty parts( and BBB even confirmed that he was advertising these Engines as race quailty on eBay! And anybody thinking that his motors are going to achieve the horsepower numbers that he claims is sadly mistaken! He prints milar stickers on a printer and sticks them on these engines at random with made up horsepower numbers. He says in his adds, these engines are all tested before they ship! They are run on Simms machine that duplicates basic oil pressure! He says not exactly a dyno!!! He dosnt even run the engines, dosnt start them( no carbon in exhaust ports)! And he puts horsepower numbers on them. These motors are built in a pole barn outback of his house!(google his business address you will see)..... THIS GUY IS A DISGRACE TO ENGINE BUILDERS...... Look on ripoff report.com and type in enginesunlimited509 and look at the pictures of the things I found with my motor! He says it was just a pulley!!! There is a video coming soon where this engine was disassembled and it Will absolutely blow your mind at what was found..... DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOOSER, AND THIEF.

We offer a one year parts warranty, as stated it says that on the invoice and in the listing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL as stated on the invoice and in the listing. It's very hard to keep everyone happy. This customer has issues and has more time then anything else.. just because he has made these statement does not mean they are true its his way of trying to get back at us cause we refused to send a replacement part to him befor he returned the damaged item for us to inspect. If we cant inspect it we cant send a repalcement. Its amazing to me that just because he did not ask questions about the engine that it makes me a con artise? we sold a engine to him that was ordered by another customer and they picked the parts  and we sold it for what it was not a custom job for this customer.. we offer many engine combos this one was a budget build and thats why the price reflects it. If you want a 8k motor then you have to pay 8k for it..we have sold more engines than i can count and we only have 5 un happy customers, they did a self install and had issues that we do not cover in our warranty. the rest of our customers have no issues we can give you hundred of names to get referenses if you need them.. if so just let me know. Or call our shop we can custom build you what ever you want and you can pick the parts you would like us to use... remember just because a guy post negative information on a website dosent means its true, its his way of dealing with his own inabilities, he will get over it as we have. Our ads are very clear and we use the parts we use, some of them do come drom china and most everthing now days is that way. We have tried to work with this guy and he dosent want to work with us. the only problem he had was a bent pulley and he did not want to return the pully for us to send him another. He is a lonly old man looking to place blame on us. We have done nothing wrong and will continue to sell as we have for many years, the only problem we have is people doing self installs.
