I sent David Moffo $70 to carrier unlock my iPhone as he advetises to do. He told me it would take "2 to 5 days max." Six days later and my phone is still locked, no response from David, and no refund in spite of a "100% Money Back Guaratee." Moffo is a total scam artist who will rip you off and leave you hanging.
