Martin Abern guaranteed a financial investment of interest and principal return. When the contract matured he failed to return principal. I know of at least four other individuals who saw my lawsuit and contacted me who were in "a similar situation." Since I have filed and won a lawsuit and I am seeking regulatory investigation and disciplinary action.
