He has a long history of harassing and abusing young secretaries that work in his office. I was one of them. Mr. ANDRES BUENO collaborates with the notary Mr. GUILLERMO CHÁVEZ CRISTANCHO and takes advantage of their secretaries. Every one of them eventually left the office. I can additionally testify that they forged false documents during the time I was working for them.
