This is the most horrible company I have ever ordered from. I placed an order on 8/3/21 for ground shipping. I called on 8/27 when I didnt receive the item and they said it got "caught up" in the system. They couldnt explain what that means. I asked to speak with a manager- I was sent to VM.

I called 10+ times and never got a call back. I emailed and the only response I got was someone (no name was attached to the email) sending a tracking number for the item. Today, 9/1/21 the item has still not shipped. I have reported this horrible company to the BBB and plan on reporting them to whomever will listen.
