Olaf Thomas rented commercial warehouse space from me to charge Lime Scooters and hasn't paid rent for two month. He ended up living in the space which was not allowed and then also brought in three kittens which he then didn't feed or cared for and abandoned there. There were incidents with his employees which demanded to get paid in violent ways, looking for him at late hours, in one instance he ended up in a fight in the alley with one of his former employees. He has put done multiple wrong addresses and phone numbers, when leasing the property as well as for his staff. Please be aware!
