Nathan Daly is the managing director of Acumen Finance in Sydney, the company has been issuing false loan offers for commercial finance. The company has no credit license, AFSL and no funds to lend. This is an advanced fee fraud taking customers up-front fees. The company also places caveats for fees on the borrowers property attempting to exort more money.
