Agway Energy Services Suburban Propane Scam, doubles your bill Syracuse NY Syracuse NY

So these people at Agway called and promised a lower bill. My wife and I both live paycheck to paycheck and were trying to cut costs any way we could to save money. We decided to try it, and our bill has gone up every month since then. Now it is almost double what we were paying with National Grid. The bill has definately gone the wrong way, since they claimed it would go down. I have contacted them but you are on hold for at least 20 minutes to try and get thru. I have emailed them and left messages with no reply as of yet. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them.
