Never use this agent. She is probably the biggest mistake you can make as a buyer or seller. She claims to be an expert In her field but knows nothing. Willis Allen fired her within 2 weeks and now she is partnered with a broker she is sleeping with. This guy Adam Rutz is a total joke. Never sold a property above 2 mill dollars but has an office in Del Mar. His social media motivation is great though. Bravo. But at least he gets to sleep with his interns.
