 Ms. Peraza, I am not sure how clear I can make this, but I will reiterate once more:

1. The document(s) that you gave me to serve on September 30, 2020 that consisted of 44 pages and two Case Numbers were COPIED and RETURNED to you before I actually served them in October. That means YOU have the ORIGINALS! Accusing me of "stealing your documents” shows your competence in carrying out basic tasks, like remembering where you put your keys? Who took out the trash? and did I file the right lawsuit today?

2. You paid a total of $126.60 [Service: $75, Court Filing: $45 and Copy/Print Services: $6.60 for 44 pages] -all of which are standard rates for services I offer. What you fail to recognize is that I served your lawsuit to FOUR individuals in diligence, and did not ask you for the additional $225 in doing so. (Not to mention the amount of skip-tracing it took to facilitate the action necessary to serve the CEO, Agent of Service of Process, and the property management’s corporate office)

3. In making threats to 'persuade’ me to file the Proofs of Service faster: WHAT are you doing lady??? Your case is to be seen downtown in April 2021, I know because I looked into it on the courts website when you hired me. Stay calm and remember that you hired a professional to help you with your case, not an old boyfriend! Everything has been filed properly in due time, and I don’t know what the problem is??? Dangerous Liar-Bigot-Thief  I never recieved my original important documents again and I have been having strange phone calls all day long I think this paralegal processor sold my identity and documents the police are looking for her right now. I this little thief gets caught so she does not steal from others

Out of the 300+ services of legal process I have been responsible for as a licensed and bonded Process Server you have been the first client to threaten and accuse me for going out of my way to get their service done.

I’d gladly pay you a visit to personally give you the copy of all documents that you gave me and Proof of Service so you may file it yourself (and of course your court filing fee of $45) in the event of which we can discuss what went wrong.
