Freddy was hired to do a job. He makes you sign a contract, takes the deposit, brings in guys to start the first couple days, and then you will never see the workers again. He will continue to say "big day tomorrow, big day tomorrow" and then you have one guy show up who is just wasting time doing the bare minimum.

When Stay away from him. He comes off as a nice and respectful guy but in the end does not care about you or your project.
