I ordered a necklace for Mother's Day. It never arrived. I contacted the company several times and they lamented that they had issues with fulfillment, to please be patient. It has now been 3 months since I placed the order, so I decided to ask for a refund. The first reply I got was that they were sorry for the delay. When pressed about the refund, they informed me they don't do refunds.
I checked them out on the BBB and found that there were countless reports of the same thing happening to others. They are running an outright scam, not delivering good that are paid for.
I will be filing a dispute with my bank regarding this transaction. I am appalled that this company calls itself a "small Christian company" and every email response ends on "God Bless".
Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from this company.
