Alpaced.com I read on their website that they ship from California within 24 hours of payment, which I made the payment on the 7th, 12 days ago. I now cannot get anyone to respond to me and I can’t get a refund without getting anyone to respond

I ordered a bike from this website on the seventh and after reading on the website that they ship from California within 24 hours of payment, I am still sitting here without any responses from their supposed staff nor do I have a bike. I was originally given a tracking number that could not have gone to the item I purchased nor did it go to the address I live at or the address on my billing information
