This started with logging onto a dating site, began chatting off site with another site member, then I got a message to update my security.

Through the process of updating my security my credit card was debited with $160 and when I asked about it I was told something about needing to have more than $100 in the account and that it was free.

I have had communication with the customer support and they will not return my money. I have called them scammers and they haven't denied it.
