I paid him 33,000 Dlls for a van and he never gave it to me, he advertises himself with a name on his website and his real name is Alvaro Cervera Magallanes, he uses other people's identifications so they don't discover him by his real name.

Alvaro Manuel Cervera, is operating out of Mexico. He comes to the US and steals from people. I am a victim of his scams. He sold me a VW bus and never delivered the vehicle. I hired a private investigator and found out the exact location where he is staying.Â
His house in Mexico City is located at street Ctra. a Topilejo and Calle Xompol. Those are the major cross streets. He will be using his wife or kids to run more scams. He may even be linked to the Mexican Cartel. Please stay far away from doing business with this person.
