I paid the vehicle off on 09/28/2020 ( have proof from my bank). Have contacted them at least 12 times via phone. Each call takes about 30 minutes to speak with an actual person. They all say the same thing about shoul've been taken off, took it to the manager and he will expedite. Well I'm still waiting!
