After giving a $5,000 dollar deposit and an agreed price he hikes the price up by an additional 15k, he’s done this to other folks I know, he’s the master of Bait and Switch, a con artist.
He boast he is Americas #1 Home Builder, the kid is still in school and stealing money by last minute hiking the price up or no refund if I were to back out the Tiny Home Build.

This is unequivocally false and defamatory. Andrew’s partners, clients, and suppliers consistently report the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all business dealings. Any changes to pricing or project specifications are always communicated clearly, in writing, and in accordance with industry standards and agreements. Typically price changes are due to a few factors: bid was not accepted by client within time period to "hold pricing", or client request of price change leading to change order.
The complaint in question falsely accuses Andrew of unethical business practices, including so-called "bait-and-switch" tactics.
Once a deposit is recieved, the funds are used to initiate the manufacturing process hence no refund as the valable contractors are at work to build homes. In additon, there is a clear overview of the home specifications and pricing that is agreed by the client.
We stand firmly behind Andrew’s reputation as a responsible, ethical, and visionary developer who builds companies that benefit far more people than just himself. He continues to focus on improving lives and communities through his work.

It's $5000 and NOT "$5000 DOLLARS". Let me guess, you signed some paperwork after or as you were paying this guy $5000. You didn't bother to READ what it said and because we're talking $5000 and not $5, you didn't even have the FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE to run this agreement past an attorney of your choice so that Counsel can properly advise you as to the potential problems as well as Counsel checking this guy out ahead of time. Absolutely, positively amazing and quite hilarious of the problems you people with little to zero common sense bring upon yourselves and then of course, blame everyone else for your own stupidity. Another very typical 2024 example of the Dumbing Down of America!
