I order Xmas decor and the swags arrived in a plastic bag taped in a ball. When I emailed for a refund after seeing it was damaged they offered me 30% refund and I keep the item. I said it was broken and unusable and the website says they will provide a return label for damaged goods.

They then refused to provide a label, wanted me to ship the item back and pay for it and offered me 40% back. After I refused that I was told they will not provide a return label or a refund.
