Aon Travel Insurance They are suppose to reimburse medical expenses while cruising Garden City New York

This company is a complete ripoff with my travel insurance claim. I filed a claim with a copy of my cruise billing statement and expectedto get paid . Every time I called that told me I will be hearing soon. Soon meant a letter requesting that I need an itemized statement from the cruise line. Royal Carribbean takes over a month to get an itemized statement. I mailed the itemized statement to Aon and was told I have to file with medicare even though medicare claims are not paid if you are outsie of the United States. They also advised me I havwe to file a claim with my medicare supplement even though they only pay if Medicare pays and they pick up the co pay. They delay paying.
