Appfolio Charged $538 to charge card and I never heard of them!!!

I tried to get thru to their phone # to ask how they got my credit card info and nobody would pick up. We got their email address from our bank provider and the brief auto-reply said we would get back to you. They never got back to me and my bank finally credited me back the $538.

If this was a legit company they would have never of found my credit card info in their database and then not answer my calls. The problem is I had to go thru the big inconvenience of closing down my credit card and getting a new one.
