Eric Saxton, who is in charge of publicity at Archway, made me a lot of promises about what Archway would do for my book if I paid him $4500.00 plus a $75.00 fee. Then he shunted me to an employee at Lavidge named Ashley Baccaro.

She called me, made a few promises about how she was going to help me, then quit returning my phone calls and quit returning my emails. I then sent an email to Elaine King, a supervisor at Archway, requesting a refund.

She sent me an email saying the contract had been fulfilled, when, in fact, NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE!
