I was solicited by Jason LaFlesch to sell my home and was promised the world. What I did not realize was that he is a scam artist and is actually more on the buyers side than the seller who he is supposed to be representing. He teams up with investors to talk unsuspecting sellers into selling their homes well below market value. Not only that but he made sexual advances towards my wife when I was not around. He commented on her breasts and how beautiful she was and stood uncomfortably close to her when I was not in the room. Beware of this con artist and do not use his services.
