Arman Azadi Armando Azante Construction Fraud - Wholesale Fraud - Beware of these crooks Willemstad

Arman & Dora Azadi are con artists that have relocated from Miami/ Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to Willemstad, Curacao. Arman Azadi is a real fast talker, convinced me to go into business with them to build a property in Curacao, after I was invited to stay at their house in Coral Estates.

Once funds were transferred to their account they agreed upon a construction amount which increased over 200% while we were in the middle of building the house. I then requested copies of all receipts. Once i received thier inflated receipts, which were edited I flew to Curacao immediately.

I hired a 3rd party construction company to asses the work done on the construction of the property. They notified me that the work that was done was less then 50% of the money I paid to Arman & Dora Azadi. This was a major problem! 

After further extensive research. I then found out that Arman & Dora Azadi owned a car dealership in Florida by the name of Auto Trend Inc. The car dealership closed down and had multiple litigation matters. Arman claimed bankrupcy in the United states but was building muli-million dollar houses in Curacao? I found this to be strange. After contacting some people around Florida there was multiple people who advised me they have been swindled by this man and his wife, Dora. 

Currently Arman & Dora Azadi are using diffrent names so they can go unnoticed:

* Arman Azadi has changed his name to: Armando Azante.

* Dora Azadi has changed her name to: Mariam Bash 

I wanted to write this thread to inform others that these 2 people are operating mutiple buisness in Aruba, Bonaire, & Curacao. They have set up mutiple offshore companies that they use as holding assets incase of lawsuits pending. If you come into contact with these 2 people do not do business with them.
