I found Asorzana on Linked In through one of their brokers. I applied for loan and was approved. I paid for SPV (special purpose vehicle) then paid for PPI (private payment insurance). Was supposed to close and wire funds. At closing they demanded an additional 500,000 USD to pay for bank certifications. They would not bend or negotiate on this fee which was never disclosed and is a violation of our signed contract.

Still another top example of complete lack of any Financial Common Sense! This is nothing more than an advance fee loan scam and YOU fell for it! Absolutely incredible! Here, do this: Go to a car dealer and buy a car with $999 dealer fee' $700 electronic filing fee, $4000 in dealer installed options you didn't ask for, and a $2000 advertising adjustment. Make sure you ask for nitrogen in your tires so they can charge you $200 per tire and better yet, don't buy it., get into a CAR FLEASE and pay an additional $995 acquisition fee and when you turn it in a few years later, agree to $3500 in excess wear and tear charges and $1500 in new tires. You'll fit right in with all the others without financial common sense!
