I placed an order on June 18, 2023 on Astarin website for a beautiful set of personalized wind chimes. It was a gift for a friend. My package was delivered to an address in Potsdam, New York 13676. This was the wrong address. I did not supply this address. My package was supposed to be delivered to my friend in Florida! When I emailed Astarin, customer service told me it was not their problem. My order was marked as delivered- even though it was delivered to a wrong address that I have no idea where it came from.
