Time delay is an excuse to cancel a criminal case of being attacked, held hostage, and allowing criminal to go forth with healthy live. I was robbed blind by two criminals and now facing a hospital bill which has delay me employment while people are harrassing and saying i am start fights but i have injuries.

The police report didnt even have the report on it. They didnt really come back and questions.
