DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I recently bought 2022 Etron piad $2k more over sticker. Fine i agreed. Agreed on the driveoff, monthly payment, money factor/ interest etc all in writing. At finance I added 3 yr maintenance plan for $999 & Wheel & tire for $1280.00 which changed the payment by little bit but the crooked finance lady changed the interest rate also by little bit which ended up costing me $864 more for the 36 month lease .
They also chaged for paint protection door guard film which should be on the vehicle but its not. I figured out the next day I call the sales person 5 times few text messages, 3 calls to the sales manager & 3 calls to the finance. No response no messages no emails.

You say you BOUGHT this car yet later you say it’s a CAR FLEASE! You have absolutely no clue of what kind of transaction you got yourself into. Secondly, you come here claiming to be the poor, sad victim of this dealership. You WILLINGLY go along with this CAR FLEASE with its $895 BOGUS ADD-ON fee at the front end. They add $2000 to this deal and you roll over and accept that. You buy some kind of maintenance plan when this car is already covered by a warranty. They change the money factor rate and you simply continue to play doormat and go along with that! You then come here and fully admit you didn’t even bother to READ what you were agreeing to BEFORE agreeing to it! Now you want them to change the contract! How STUPID is this story? You don’t use even a thimble size of COMMON SENSE and you walk in there with NO BACKBONE and playing the role of doormat! What in the world is wrong with you people? Enjoy your CAR FLEASE!
