Recently purchased a 2021 hyundai kona under 85,000 km. Engine seized at 89,256. Upon inspection from hyundai dealership engine sludge was found which takes much longer than the 4300 km I drove the vehicle. I was on my way to an interview which wasn't rescheduled and I lost an opportunity to have gainful employment.

It absolutely was not my fault. I was lied to about the vehicle being driven byv2 other owners. It's an old rental. There is also an issue with the odometer reading from when it was last serviced to when sold. It is the responsibility of automaxx.. Come get this POS. I am not interested in it. I'll buy new with warranty and extended warranty. Most definitely the biggest rip off company in allowing Canada. Pathetic

The report says they found it with no oil. It's your responsibility to maintain the oil level in the vehicle. That's most likely what led to the engine seizing. If you had gotten the car serviced properly, your mechanic would have discovered the sludge issues as well, which would then have allowed you to address them before the engine totally died.
