Theresa the housekeeper, doesn't clean the hotel. The beds aren't changed. The public make reservations for rooms, the beds are dirty. The bathroom isn't clean. Cliff the manager is running the place as a hotel for the public.

Inspection told Cliff that Theresa should not be sleeping in the storage unit, yet she still is. She says she is going to sleep there regardless.
