We had an agreement for Richard, owner of Aviation Composites, to build my kit plane. He stopped working on my airplane so I went to pick it up to take to someone else. When I went to pick it up, Richard refused to give me my airplane stating I owed him storage fees.  There was never a storage fee involved until I wanted to leave due to my plane not getting worked on.

Richard is a con man. He never knew how to build my plane. He admitted he was going to "farm out" all the work to other builders without my permission.
