I made a couple contacts to Avon's corporate care about my 1099 and they claim they now only send if representatives who have purchased $5,000 in net merchandise to resell or have received $600 in prizes.

Well I called the IRS and was told both times that as long as I made over the over $600 (which i did) they somehow no longer have record since they sold out!
