On March 22nd I received an email stating my order had been shipped and I would receive it in 7-9 days. Starting April 11, 2022 I have unsuccessively tried contacting them numerous times. I did get a message from the shipping company saying that my order had been delivered. The email I sent explaining that I did not receive it will not deliver.

All of the shipping (tracking) information is in Chinese and won't translate for me. All of the emails I have sent to baccle have been undeliverable. This is my last resort. I did really want the luggage but need to accept that this was a scam and I fell for it.
