I would avoid using her services as there is no due diligence on her end to test the house for defects and so on, instead you will receive pushy demeanor to push you to buy something you don't want and not meet your standards, very curt, also does not do a good job in order to represent you as a client, lackasadial, go for someone more enthusiastic and younger if you are in the market for a new home in AZ or CT.
