We purchased a lifetime dog training service for both our five-month-old and ten-year-old dogs. We had one visit with one of the owners and then they went MIA.

upon requesting a refund we were told we would only be issued a partial refund and only if we removed our one-star Yelp review and agreed to never post another review about them online.
