Dear Team,

- As per process, they were to send us Draft B/L copy for our approval, which they did not send,

- As a result of this we were kept in the dark and at the time of collecting the D/O for our client here, we had to pay an additional & unnecessary amount of USD41.

- Upon asking for refund, he asks to give him more business, which of course we will not give!!!
