Bayada neglects elderly. Bayada is on the authorized personal care services list as identified by Medicaid. Bayada fails to provide services on the scheduled days for my elderly, handicapped brother on a regular basis.
Several complaints have been filed with Bayada corporate office, North Carolina hotline, and the problem continues. The escalation process in NC is in-effective, as I have repeatedly complained in last 12 months, and the problem continues.
Leaving an elderly handicapped person to fend for themselves is elder neglect according to the law.
