Lance and Christina are liars. They started this park in 2018. They claim they put the money back into the park for residents. Instead of finishing the bath and laundry facilities that are in the lease but  do not exist they purchased boat docks, cottages, and a fancy side by side. They only care about putting money in their pocket. They choose not to renew people so they can keep decks and concrete pads that were paid for by the RV owner planning to be there for several years and then charge more for the site because of these improvements. Don't believe anything they tell you.
