I received an invoice with doctor's name and address. The statement showed wrong dates and wrong information.
I called the phone number on the statement Tel: (516) 796-2400, to find out it is a Billing Service. They agreed that they were wrong and proposed, I pay the doctor a different (lesser) amount and this will be ok.
They refused to send a corrected invoice. The representative stated they have software issues.
