Sold my partner a jacket. Stated it was around $250AU down to $90AU. Naturally we assumed it was a woollen jacket as described in ad and it looked good quality in the photos. It arrived and was a plastic, cheap jacket worth probably $10AU. Plastic buttons almost falling off.

What annoyed me most is their website does not let you leave a review for the next customer to avoid this. After about 10 emails trying to get a return they offered me a 30% refund. They did this but it was about a 25% refund. Their site also makes it look like the jacket is 5 star but there are no reviews.
