On November 19, 2020, I spoke with Lorrie to inquire about laser hair removal.  I made an appointment for November 23, 2020 to receive the package to get 3 areas lasered for $745.00.  I thought it was a bit odd for them to ask for my credit card number while booking an appointment but I assumed it was them to hold my 15-minute appointment slot.  I was NOT informed that my credit card was being charged, nor did I give this company my consent to charge my credit card.  On November 20, 2020, I called and again spoke with Lorrie about getting only one area done which was my chin area and she informed me that she could not change the price. Lorrie stated that I would still have to pay $745.00 just for the chin area because the price she quoted me was special price of buy one get two free. I immediately inquired about getting the exact price that a relative of mine had received just the day before which was $380 for the chin area.

Lorrie quickly stated that the price my relative received was only a one day special and no longer existed.  I decided that I no longer wanted to do business with this company due to shady business practices and cancelled my appointment.  Lorrie stated that she could cancel the appointment but she could not refund me.  I stated I had no clue I had already been charged.  Lorrie stated yes, and that she could not give me a refund.  My first complaint with this company is that all company must inform customer of there no refund policy when paying for a product or procedure.

There must be flyer posted in the building as well stating no refunds.  My second complaint with this company is the fact that I did not give anyone my consent to charge my card which is illegal. Lorrie needs to practice informing customers during appointment bookings that there are no refunds and that his/her credit card will be charged before any procedures are performed.  This company also needs set prices, a friend of mine called to inquire about pricing of laser hair removal of the chin area and was quoted a significantly lesser price. This is not fair to their customers who pay significantly more for the same procedure. This company charges you when booking an appointment before every seeing you in person to even determine if you are a candidate for the procedure and offer a no refund policy.

What if the company realize the person is not a candidate for the procedure that was booked, you mean to tell me that the customer would lose their money for a procedure never performed due to their no refund policy.  I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $745.00.
