On October 25th 2022 I saw Dr. Pratt, Bespoke Plastic Surgery. Paid 20,250.00 in full for cosmetic surgery. Shortly after I cancelled the surgery and still to date have NOT received my refund! I was forced to file consumer complaints with the Attorney General, state of North Carolina and medical board of North Carolina as well to get my money refunded. I was pressured into paying in full, which I did. Now I have requested my refund and to date 2 months later no refund. I dont understand why here is no statute to protect consumers/patients from business practices as these.
