Standard Policy

Most (if not all) stores have a very similar policy on Ink or other "Consumables". Once you have opened it they do not allow you to return it, but you can still exchange the cartridge if it is damaged.

So why didn't you want to exchange it? If they denied even the exchange, what was the specific reason? Did you have a receipt? Was it past the cut-off date?

What are you leaving out?
