Nobody ever, ever,ever, ever needs to use ANY of these third party slimeball reservation places...not me, not you, not anybody! Nothing has changed in the reservation business. Just like always if you want airline tickets, a hotel, a rental car, you call them DIRECTLY and make your reservation. ALL these third party scum operate by the same CON-GAME....they do anything possible to get you so upset so you will cancel the reservation. The airline or whatever the provider is then refunds YOUR MONEY back to the third party trash and they KEEP YOUR MONEY. They have also been known to make deliberate "mistakes" so that the customer will cancel and they keep the money. These third parties are so sleazy they will design websites which look exactly like the official provider website so they can DEFRAUD YOU into getting your money. They even have people who will answer the phone using the name of the provider just as if they were, when they aren't! Again, I cannot make the point any more blatant, direct or loudly...nobody ever needs to use ANY THIRD PARTY for reservations. The only exception to this is a very reputable local travel agency. I am sorry you have been DEFRAUDED by this third party trash. Now you know exactly what they are. Please be a hero to anybody and everybody you know about your new found knowledge you've learned here today and advise everyone to STAY AWAY FROM ALL THESE THIRD PARTY RESERVATION TRASH.
