I ordered a vinyl wall decal on February 5, 2017 online. I paid for it at checkout and the transaction was completed with my bank. The total was $147.77.

Their website states 2-3 weeks for shipment.

It is now April 10, 2017 an I have not received the item purchased of any communication from the company.

I have emailed them several times.

I have called the contact number on the website several times and left a message.

I have had zero responses from the company.
