Bethany Elite PHCS When my husband purchased this insurance they told him I had a hospital emergency room and other benefits and the lied I know have two bills of 3258.42 and another of 1147.00.

Please stay away from any PHCS they are scammers STAY AWAY PLEASE THEY LIED TO SELL HEALTH INSURANCE. United States
