I wish I'd read the other reviews about Big Daddy Amazon LLC before placing my order with Walmart. Big Daddy Amazon LLC is a Marketplace retailer who lists items on Walmart's website. Any items purchased on Walmart's website are backed by a Walmart'Guarantee.
I ordered a new 10-in-1 steam mop cleaner from Walmart.com (fulfilled by Big Daddy Amazon LLC). My credit card was charged and a tracking number was emailed to me. On the expected delivery date, both FedEx and Walmart sent emails stating that the item had been delivered, but I had been home all day. When I called FedEx with my tracking number, I found out that the package had been delivered to a different address.
Neither my name nor address were associated with the tracking number that had been provided to me by Walmart (from Big Daddy Amazon LLC). The weight of the shipped item was wrong as well: according to FedEx, the item shipped (and delivered to a different address) weighed less than an ounce...a far cry from the 3 pounds of the steam cleaner. When Walmart attempted to place a 3-way conference call with Big Daddy Amazon LLC, there was some issue with the telephone number that had been provided to Walmart.
A little more online research (which I should have done prior to purchase) shows that Big Daddy Amazon LLC's principal address and mailing address are the same: a UPS Store. The culmination of issues with Big Daddy Amazon LLC indicates that they're not a legit company and managed to fool Walmart, too.
Walmart refunded my money and it seems that Big Daddy Amazon LLC no longer has any products listed on the Walmart.com website.
