Big O Tires in South Mountain on Baseline damaged my van's body, denied it (even though pictures prove it), stopped communication, and they are stonewalling me. Prior to this, had my van in FIVE times for same break issue. And, on same visit where they damaged my van, they overfilled the oil.

Took my money, left me with damaged van. Terrible customer service locally and on national level.

Could not get through to customer service for ages.  Finally reached them on Facebook and they led me on wild goose chase until putting me through to Arizona Regional office.

Talked to man at regional office, sent him pictures as proof, then stopped all communication.
