I lived in one of Blairs units, the roof leaked on all the buildings. There was mold in units and hallways. I won 3 judgements against him he has not complied and is in contempt of court. He send false ads out and does rent to own but never sells the place keeps the money and edicts or takes property back Then he raises rent or sale price He does this on a number of his places the apt are 65 years old and he refuses to do repairs. He is quite violent and is under investigation
